Photo shoot
As part of my promotional unit for my university work, a photo shoot with a student photographer was arranged so that we had imagery to use for promotional purposes. I found this experience exciting, and I was pleased with the outcome. This was the first time I had ever worked with a photographer, and I thought it easy to communicate with the photographer and he was very accommodating to how I wanted my work photographed. I generally photograph my own work using a digital SLR camera, which I've found has been relatively successful, therefore I intend to continue doing so unless I am in need of further professional photographs in the future.I have included the photographs that were taken on the day of the shoot. The first four images were from a project named 'Curiosity' which was based on my own curiosity in artefacts, and the main theme for this project was typewriters, for which I focused on several elements, both creating abstract and more obvious designs. The images following these, are from my current project, 'Organic Vs. Manmade in the New Forest'.
